Divine pairings and classic spirits

Seafood R’evolution features handcrafted, seasonal cocktails inspired by Pre-Prohibition era libations, along with an inventory of over 4,000 bottles of American and international wines specially selected to pair well with Mississippi seafood and Southern cuisine.

The bar and cocktail program focuses on classic, “gilded age” cocktails, reimagined through a modern lens, emphasizing fresh ingredients including our handmade juices, syrups, infusions, tonics, shrubs, tinctures, bitters and custom ice. The seasonally changing drinks complement the restaurant’s menu at every turn, and includes a local and premier beer list.
